Power Top Rumble In Overtime 7-6

by Rebecca Ingraham

Denver, Co - The Colorado Rumble fell at home to the Austin Power in overtime 7-6 Saturday at Foothills Fieldhouse. The fast-paced match saw a young Rumble team put in excellent shifts both offensively and defensively throughout the match. The Rumble took a 3-2 lead into the dressing rooms at half, but a strong 3rd quarter saw the Power back in the game. Regular time ended in a 6-6 tie, but the Power took the points after scoring in overtime to knock off the Rumble. A bright spot on a disappointing night was that the Rumble offense found a spark with 37 total shots taken.

The Colorado Rumble FC are a part of Major Arena Soccer League's MASL2. Fast-paced and high-scoring, arena soccer is alive and well in Denver. Home season and single game tickets can be purchased at https://www.corumble.com/tickets. Single tickets can also be purchased on-site.
